Wednesday:Bacon and Egg Quesadillas
Tuesday:Manicotti, Mom made this easy and cheap dinner when we were at her house... I forgot how much I liked it... just brown ground beef and mix with mozzarella cheese, cook manicotti noodles according to pkg directions... stuff manicotti noodles with beef/cheese mixture. Put it in a 9x12, cover with spaghetti sauce, and extra shredded mozzarella(optional ) and there you have it.
Thursday: Tacos
