Diamonds

I DID find my misplaced wedding band on my mattress when I was changing sheets yesterday, and that was a huge relief, but today, no diamonds found at the diamond mine. Oh, well, it was fun creating a family memory as we dug in the dirt, searching for diamonds. Dirt and Digging... What can be better for little boys, right? Funny of the day: On the way there, the older two were discussing how they were going to keep looking until they found a diamond, and Rylan said he didn't want a diamond, he'd rather find an octagon!! (Get it? He thought we were hunting for shapes, ha ha! It took me a minute, too!)

Fall Colors!

For once, we live in a place where I can see the trees changing into their Fall colors. Texarkana isn't the prettiest place I've ever seen, but it does have more trees than I'm used to in North Dallas. I had the chance to take some pictures on Saturday at Spring Lake Park. Enjoy!
