Since I don't want Green Eggs and Ham

 I have a plethora (how do you spell that word?) of leftover ham from our New Years' Day dinner, I may be making these in the next couple of weeks?


Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
Breakfast Egg and Ham Casserole
Ham, Broccoli Potato Cheddar
Casserole Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ham and Cheese Crescents

    Yum! I have a great beer cheese soup recipe that calls for ham if you want it! Can I have the ham and cheese quiche? Sounds wonderful :)

    Shannon, of course I want the recipe! I'll have to go to Arkansas to get the beer though! Can't buy beer on the Texas side of Texarkana... isn't that funny? Thanks, Casey... and, I can't wait to see the skiing pics!
